Are your products made to order?
Yes. Current physical products are produced on demand through Printful after an order is placed.
How long will my order take?
Made-to-order products require production time before shipping. Delivery timing depends on the product, fulfillment location, destination, and carrier. Any estimate shown at checkout is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date.
Will I receive tracking?
When tracking is available, shipping updates are sent using the contact information provided with the order.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Contact us as quickly as possible. Because products can enter fulfillment soon after purchase, changes or cancellations may not be possible once production has started.
What if my item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted?
Contact us within 30 days of receiving the item and include your order number plus clear photos of the issue. Eligible fulfillment problems can generally be resolved with a replacement or refund.
What if my package appears lost?
