Most Paths of the Earth physical products are made to order. Because an item is produced specifically after an order is placed, our return process is different from a traditional stocked retail store.
Damaged, defective, or misprinted items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or otherwise incorrectly fulfilled, contact us within 30 days of receiving it. Include your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photos showing the issue.
When the issue qualifies as a fulfillment error, a replacement or refund may be available.
Packages lost in transit
If tracking indicates a shipment may be lost, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so the order can be reviewed.
Wrong size, wrong color, or change of mind
Because current products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, choosing the wrong size, choosing the wrong color, or simply changing your mind after purchase.
Please review product descriptions, variant selections, and sizing information carefully before completing checkout.
Incorrect shipping information
Customers are responsible for entering an accurate and complete delivery address. If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to send it again.
Do not send returns without contacting us
Please use the Contact page before mailing anything back. Return instructions can vary depending on the product and fulfillment location, and some eligible damaged or defective items do not need to be physically returned.
Order changes and cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Once fulfillment has started, a made-to-order item may no longer be eligible for cancellation or changes.
Legal rights
Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights that apply to you under mandatory law.
This policy is written to reflect the current made-to-order fulfillment model. It may be updated if suppliers, products, or fulfillment arrangements change.
