These Terms of Use & Sale apply to your use of Paths of the Earth and purchases made through the store. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Educational content
Paths of the Earth provides general educational material about Pagan traditions, spirituality, history, ritual, and related subjects. Content may summarize complex or contested topics and does not represent every practitioner, community, or tradition.
Site content is not medical, legal, financial, mental-health, or other professional advice. The Find Your Path quiz is an educational exploration tool and does not determine a person's religion, identity, initiation status, or beliefs.
Products and availability
Product descriptions, images, colors, prices, and availability may change. Screen settings and manufacturing variations can cause reasonable differences in color or appearance.
Current physical merchandise is made to order. Production normally begins after an order is submitted to the fulfillment provider.
Orders and payment
You agree to provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact information. We may cancel, limit, or refund an order when necessary because of suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, supply or fulfillment problems, payment issues, or legal restrictions.
Shipping
Shipping and delivery dates are estimates unless explicitly stated otherwise. Carrier delays, customs processing, weather, incorrect addresses, and other events outside our control can affect delivery.
Changes and cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us promptly. Once a made-to-order item has entered production, changes or cancellation may no longer be possible.
Returns and refunds
Returns, replacements, and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds policy. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable consumer law.
Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for activity associated with your account and for keeping account credentials secure. Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with store operation, submit unlawful content, or use the site to violate the rights of others.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, original Paths of the Earth branding, product designs, site copy, graphics, and other original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party names, traditions, historical materials, and referenced works remain the property or cultural material of their respective owners or communities as applicable.

The store relies on third-party services such as Shopify, payment providers, fulfillment providers, carriers, and other apps or services. Those providers may have their own terms and policies.

To the extent permitted by law, Paths of the Earth is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site, third-party services, or delays outside our reasonable control.
